This done so they can work towards the need of their customers and work on weaknesses pointed out. The main difference with this that it is used for companies instead of the government. The cabinet office has constantly stated that they do this to help customers and maintain the belief that what they are doing is ethical. They don’t see any negatives to doing this. They have this on a one year contact which expires this September.
